An explanation text is a non-fiction text that is used to
describe how or why things happen. It usually includes a sequence of events
(explaining how) and provides reasons for a process or phenomenon (why). For
example: Rain The water cycle Earthquakes.
Purpose
Explanation aims to explain something, for example natural
phenomena or social or historical phenomena.
The explanation here is why or how something happened
(natural phenomenon, social phenomenon, history).
General structure
General statement
about a general explanation of the phenomenon to be
discussed, can be an introduction to the phenomenon or an explanation.
Squenced of explanation
contains an explanation of the process why this phenomenon
can occur or be created. A squenced of explanation in the form of an answer to
the author's 'why' and 'how' questions when making an explanation text. In
squenced of explanation it may consist of more than one paragraph.
Conclusion
Contains a conclusion from the explanation itself but not
all explanations have a conclusion.
Characteristics Explanation Text
An explanatory text usually comes from the author's
questions related to 'why' and 'how' to an existing phenomenon. Because what is
raised is a phenomenon, the focus of the material is not on the object or
person, but on events or events that occur to that person or thing using the
Simple Present tense.
Types of Explanation Texts: Explanation texts are categorized according to the type of process they describe.
Cause and Effect Explanation: Explanation text that links cause and effect in explaining how and why an event occurred, for example volcanoes.
Sequential Explanation: Explanations that describe natural and non-natural phenomena, for example life cycles.
Definition Cause and Effect: Cause and effect is a relationship between cause and effect.

Prepositions: Preposition describes an object that is a cause or effect in
the form of a noun (noun). Both prepositions can be used - cause first, then
effect or effect first, then cause.

My hope is that in 2021 I want everything, I want to try whatever it is, such as studying until I can, being able to pray on time, not leaving prayer continuously, and so on. I hope this year the corona virus pandemic can end soon and live as usual, I hope our earth will all be healthy again, I hope the economy of our brothers will return to normal soon and there will be no more economic difficulties. and also hopefully my family and I will always be given health, always protected by Allah AMINN.
